## 邀请码

* 邀请码是登录桌面端的“激活码”，由登录系统后台的【管理者】创建，可提供给同事、甲乙方登录使用
* 单个激活码，可存在多个平台工单，并管理对应平台的账号（WS、LINE、TG、Zalo、......等）

## 工单

* 工单是邀请码创建之后生成，在管理后台 - 【邀请码列表】- 【查看】进行查看以及分享
* 类似于营销任务，1个工单代表1个营销任务，需要工作的账号，登陆在对应邀请码客户端里面
* 单个激活码可以对应多个平台，存在多个平台的账号登录使用

## 工单号

* 一个邀请码代表一个工单，在管理后台 - 【邀请码列表】- 【后面】进行分享，查看链接

## 线索重复

* 同一个联系人添加账号A，又添加账号B，此类联系人第一次有效，其他标注为重复线索

## 流量主&广告主

* 流量主【乙方】：拥有流量，和展示，投放广告进行吸引客户为广告主进行产品宣传
* 广告主【甲方】：寻找流量，进行曝光，推广，宣传自己的品牌与服务，对接客户进行交流

甲乙双方可先商定，购买创建为哪一方进行，另一方只需查看工单链接，登录客服账号进行回复客户即可！
